About Us
Welcome to the Clent Soaring Association. We were founded some 40 odd years ago as an aeromodellers club, flying gliders only, mainly on Clent and Walton. There was then a growing interest in flat field thermal soaring and we were quite successful in competitions at national level. Over the years we have expanded to include other 'silent' flying activities which means electric flying and we recently added rotary aircraft which were introduced by our newest members !
